John had an interesting day grooming Meadows and the 5K Nordic Loop.  Lots of powder coming out of the sky.  He was able to get a fresh groom for the Four Valley’s Community School young people’s ski program in the Moose Meadow, but by the time the kiddos made it out to the trail they were breaking trail.  After John worked, Shane went out to do some additional grooming in challenging conditions.  Please remember, the grooming program is a partnership between the Municipality of Anchorage Parks and Rec and the Girdwood Nordic Ski Club.  It is a strictly volunteer operation.  Give these guys a hand!
