It’s chilly outside! Are you ready for winter? GNSC volunteers are: We’re ensuring our trails are clear for snowpack, equipment is set to groom, and the skis are waxed.

GNSC is fundraising for a Narrow Gauge Groomer!  

Did you know?

We’re collaborating with local trail steward Ben Kohler, the brain behind a new Snow Dog trail groomer. Utilizing this machine will make our small trails in Girdwood ideal for classic skiing, walking, and biking. Ben has done the research and brought this concept to the Girdwood Trails Committee and our Girdwood Nordic Ski Club. He received overwhelming support from both and we are fundraising for a Snow Dog. It is easy to donate when you sign up for your 20-21 Membership under an additional line for “Donations.”
