The 2K,4K, & 5K are groomed. 5K loop is EXPERT ONLY with very thin base. If you like your skis and your groin muscles, stick to the 2& 4K loops. Entire loop is SKI ONLY. To access the Winner Creek Trail, please park at Alyeska Resort parking and use access under the Tram to Winner Creek Traihead. Thank you so much for supporting GNSC! We are welcoming walkers, bikers, and of course skiers, for Sunday’s Solstice Celebration. The trail conditions are right, so come celebrate and wear some lights! 6pm to 8pm Sunday, December 21st at 5K Loop trailhead. Warm and wet weather has been hovering Girdwood's valley floor over the last few days. The 2 & 4K are supposedly skiable. Thank you John! The full 5K loop has holes, so for best results, stay off that section. Be safe out there. The Arlberg road and parking lot are extremely slick, SLOW DOWN!!...
