Girdwood, the forecast is calling for winds Weds and Weds night. Please stay off the 5K if the winds are blowing in the valley. We have had over a dozen trees down on or near the trail since the first storm and the snow load on the trees is heavy. For your safety, if you're going to ski, GNSC recommends to venture in the open meadows instead....

The 5K was groomed this afternoon and is skiable! Thanks to our tree-moving volunteers, machine work, and team effort to get the trail in shape. Moose Meadow was rolled and still a bit bumpy - we will set classic tracks as soon as we can! The trails connecting Moose Meadow to the Upper Meadows are still single track.  ...

Winter!! A track pack took place today at 10am with volunteers to continue the packing with a groom or roll on Sunday and or Monday.. The 1K and 4K were packed, but stay tuned! Hi Everyone! The 5K is ready for foot and bike travel with your friends and furry friends. Mind other trail users, control your pets, and use proper bins for waste while enjoying the trails!
